We are bursting with pride to recognize the 2026 inaugural class of the Arkansas Healthcare Association, and especially our own Maria Estelaon, earning her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) designation!
Maria has always been a bright light in our community, known for her genuine heart, infectious positivity, and tireless dedication. Whether she uplifts her coworkers or provides compassionate care to our residents, her impact is felt by everyone who walks our halls. As our Administrator, John Higgs, noted, Maria brings a level of heart to her work that truly defines what we strive for here at The Pines, and we are excited to watch her continue to grow and lead in this new professional role.
